Not sure where to start?

Most organisations begin with Mental Health 101 or a Wellbeing Audit. A 30-minute discovery call with our team will tell you which programme makes most sense for your current moment — no commitment required.

The landscape of workplace mental health is shifting rapidly. These themes are shaping new programme development and are available as standalone sessions or integrated into existing programmes on request.

Frequently asked questions

Most EAP providers use AI chatbots, peer volunteers, or generic counsellors without workplace specialisation. MHAW is staffed by qualified psychotherapists, counsellors, social workers and mental health professionals — certified in CBT, Narrative Therapy, QACP, and trauma-informed care — alongside legal professionals specialising in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act (POSH Act 2013) and Mental Healthcare Act 2017. Our practice is intersectional and identity-safe by design, not as an optional module.

Yes. Hindi-medium delivery is available for all core programmes. Regional language facilitation is available on request. We believe linguistic accessibility is not optional — particularly for frontline and blue-collar employees who are most underserved by English-only wellness programmes.

From first discovery call to programme launch takes 2–4 weeks. A dedicated contact is assigned within 24 hours of first enquiry. For single-session workshops, we can often move faster — within a week for organisations with confirmed dates and a clear brief.

QACP stands for Queer Affirmative Counselling Practice — a certification ensuring practitioners provide identity-safe, non-pathologising support to LGBTQIA+ individuals. All MHAW practitioners are QACP certified. This means every programme — not just the explicit inclusion programmes — embeds affirming, intersectional language and framing as a baseline.

Absolutely. MHAW operates under ISO 27001:2022, GDPR, and HIPAA frameworks — healthcare-grade confidentiality for all client and employee data. Individual session content is never shared with employers. Organisations receive only aggregate, anonymised utilisation data in quarterly reports.

Our Sexual Harassment at Work programme integrates trauma psychology — helping IC members and HR understand survivor responses, secondary traumatic stress, and how to run processes that are legally sound without retraumatising complainants. It also reflects current legal nomenclature under the amended Act (IC, not ICC) — a detail frequently missed in standard compliance training. Available in tiered versions for employees, managers, and IC members separately.

We work with organisations of all sizes — from 50-person teams to national enterprises. Programme design is always scaled to workforce size, budget, and specific priorities. Book a discovery call and we’ll be honest about what makes sense for your context.
