Do you feel comfortable accessing mental health support when you are at work?

It is absolutely okay to reach out for support! Unfortunately, we have all absorbed the idea that seeking help is a sign of weakness. The truth is that even if we want to, seeking support may become a challenging journey.

What we need to understand and remember, is that Identifying the point that you may need support (whether professional or from close relationships) to overcome the challenges brought on by mental health concerns requires self-awareness and sharing these needs can take a lot of courage, especially when it comes to the context of work.
