What would you like to add / remove from your list to better your self care this year?

As we start off with 2023, most of us are moving back into the work space after the festive season. As we renew our commitments to work and our identities at work, let us recall that this commitment may not have the capacity to fulfil all our needs as diverse, multi-faceted beings.

All too often, we hear people say:
“there is no time for anything apart from work”
“Work is life”
“Work is what pays the bills”
“I have converted my passion into work”

If we sit down and check in with ourselves, we may find a whole list of desires and needs that our bodies and minds are calling for.
