A 2019 study by The Ascent (a Motley Fool Service) attempted to document the outcomes in the lives of high-#generosity people. And the findings of the study support the idea that building generosity in any of its forms, can be a factor influencing the overall experience of ‘happiness’ and ‘satisfaction’.
Generosity, defined as “the quality or fact of being plentiful or large” does not necessarily relate only to material giving, but can also relate to generosity of time, space, empathy and kindness.
Cultivating an attitude of generosity towards the people in our lives can be profoundly meaningful to oneself and others, so can we bring that attitude into the #workplace today?
