Refund Policy

Mental Health at Work by Equilibrio Advisory LLP does not offer refunds for training workshops unless Equilibrio Advisory LLP cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare event where Equilibrio Advisory LLP cancels a workshop, Participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the workshop. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Participants may opt to receive a voucher equivalent to the amount paid, which can be redeemed for any future workshop offered by Equilibrio Advisory LLP.

If a participant cancels their registration, Equilibrio Advisory LLP will not provide a refund. Instead, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued. This voucher can be applied to any forthcoming workshop, allowing the participant to redeem the same value.

The voucher will be initiated within 14 working days from the day of cancellation by Equilibrio Advisory LLP or intimation of such cancellation by the participant. 

If a participant does not attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and no voucher will be provided.
