What are those things that support you to take care of and nurture your mind?

When we talk about selfcare, and especially for women, we tend to think about taking care of the body first – fitness, grooming and physical rest. But here’s your weekly reminder to also bring focus to nurturing the mind, and creativity!

This could look like taking time out to take a break and disconnect, being mindful of the content one may be consuming and it’s impact on us, and even enjoying moments of learning and mental stimulation through solving puzzles, learning something new, self-reflection and therapy and even keeping some time to experience something new!
